Terra Cognita stores your notes as plain Markdown files in a folder of your choosing. We don't track you, record you, or transmit anything you didn't ask us to. AI features run on-device through Apple's Foundation Models. The only outbound traffic happens when you explicitly request it — fetching a Wikipedia page you pasted, for instance.
